Skylights and windows

the process of sealing leaks and replacement of missing openings.
Only one vent cover was in place, the center dome was gone as was the front cover. I replaced the center and installed, purchased from vintage trailer supply http://www.vintagetrailersupply.com/Astradome_Later_p/vts-279.htm

the front i replaced but decided to install as a fixed skylight as some of the parts were worn beyond repair. also purchased from vintage http://www.vintagetrailersupply.com/Vent_Lid_p/vts-852.htm

port front window, replaced clips and cleaned glass. Installation of Duck brand foam insulation. just bought from wal mart. its good stuff and fairly cheap.

port kitchen window

oh to find some replacement glass
port front, top windows done
starboard front. all exterior lighting is now finished with new LED running lights.

front skylight i installed with 4 brass 10-32 2" bolts, since I was a little long I will replace with 1.5 bolts. fixing is solid. I insulated the outside with some 3/8 backing rod and caulk.

Center skylight was fixed by pop rivets to existing hardware. I used #8 stainless Teflon lock bolts turned upside down as rivet backers on 1/8 by 1/2 pop rivets. this worked great. just dabbed the top with a little sealant and done. I also installed new screen. this dome is fully functional now.

interior front is now brighter, kilz coat on, but i have some floor work in this area to do , so no paint yet.
